Jesse Kelly
was born in Sacramento, California, and raised in Seattle. He has been creating stunning glass art for over 20 years. His journey began in a glass production studio, where he honed his skills in glassmaking, color theory, and developed a bold design aesthetic. In this fast-paced environment, Jesse discovered his deep passion for the medium of glass.
He continued his education at the Pilchuck Glass School in Stanwood, WA, and spent more than 12 years working with renowned artists Dale Chihuly and master glassblower Lino Tagliapietra.
In 2004, Jesse founded Jesse Kelly Glass, drawing inspiration from the Pacific Northwest’s natural beauty. His vibrant botanical designs have been featured in institutions, corporate spaces, and homes.
Jesse’s goal is to disrupt the rigid lines of modern architecture by introducing organic forms. His work, inspired by flowing leaves, vibrant flowers, and bamboo stalks, aims to soften harsh angles and create a more human connection to the spaces his clients inhabit.
